Hotel Lux Venice

The bathrooms are well-maintained, and the hotel staff provides good service. Additionally, the continental breakfast may be basic, but the coffee is delicious, and the charming breakfast room adds to the overall experience.

The hotel lacks an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you may struggle with carrying your belongings up the stairs.

There were some issues with hot water in the mornings, which limited our ability to take showers.

The location was really good - close to San Marco square and vaporato, making our trip very romantic. The room was in venetian style, clean, modern, with daily cleaning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and empathetic. Breakfast was typically Italian and we could leave our luggage before and after check-in/check-out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, really close to St. Marco's ferry stop and tucked away in many alleys, giving it a charming and authentic feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were decorated in beautiful Venetian style, and I especially loved having my own balcony with a view out to the water. The bathroom was clean and had all the basic facilities I needed. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a friendly barista on duty serving fresh croissants. It was great value for money with the included breakfast option.

It was all superb.

We had an amazing time in the heart of Venice with the perfect location near San Marco square. The staff spoke excellent English, which is rare in Italy. The breakfast was nice and we even had a cute little balcony in our room.
